Please visit your ICM Access account to make a withdrawal.
Whilst we will action withdrawals as quickly as possible and normally the same business day, once the funds leave your account the banking system usually takes up to 3 - 5 working days to return the funds back into your bank account. In some rare cases the banking system might take longer to process your withdrawal, if this is the case please contact Client Services at support@icmmena.com or call us on +971 451 03030.
ICM will only return funds to clients in the same manner in which they were received for example if you have credited your account via Debit Card you may be restricted in receiving withdrawals via Debit Card. ICM may require a Debit Card statement as proof of ownership of the card in question. The Cardholders first and last name must and the last four digits of the card must be easily read in order for the statement and the card to be acceptable.
This is an added layer of protection for our clients as ICM actively seek to prevent online identity fraud.
